RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at AtmGangProd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Because quantities and sizes may be limited, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size, contact us and we'll let you know whether an exchange is available.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. Please review your size, items, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
